This User Payment Agreement (the "Agreement") is a contract between you (the "User") and Dovi (the "Company"). By purchasing chat times on Dovi, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
Services
Payment
Users can purchase chat times through various payment methods provided by the Company. The Company may change the available payment methods at its sole discretion.
Refunds
All sales of chat times are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in this Agreement.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for all charges incurred under their account, whether made by the User or another person using their account.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the services for any reason or no reason. In the event of termination, you will not be refunded any amounts that you have already paid.
Changes to the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If the Company makes changes to this Agreement, it will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email, posting a notice on the services or updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Agreement.
Disputes
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.
